WesBanco in Frankfort, KY seeks a Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent customer service and promote bank products. The CSA will handle deposits, referrals, and outbound onboarding calls to grow Retail relationships.

This is an in-office role across multiple local WesBanco locations including Frankfort East and Versailles Main. You will open accounts, process transactions, and collaborate with partners to offer solutions, while maintaining security and compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of cash handling, sales, and customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service in a busy Banking Center.
• Open new deposit accounts and process transactions.
• Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products.
• Conduct outbound calls to onboard new customers and grow relationships.
• Maintain compliance with security procedures and bank policies.
