• Personally models the standards of the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge.
• Initiate conversations to assess financial needs and refer customers to business partners for promotion of bank products and services.
• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer with proper balancing procedures.
• Complies with security, audit procedures, and cash-handling controls.
• Achieve production and referral goals through relationship development and outbound calls.
• Provide service to customers and prospective customers on banking matters and resolve issues.
