Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Floating Assistant Property Manager in Seattle area. The role supports the property manager in operations, leases, and resident experience, with a focus on efficient processes and strong customer service.

You’ll handle rent collection, reporting, and compliance while coordinating maintenance and tenant relations. This position offers competitive benefits and room for growth within a national leader in property management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations, resident satisfaction, retention, and full lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accounts receivable: collect rent, post rent, bank deposits, rent rolls.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit records to identify lease expirations, delinquent accounts, and evictions.
• Lease apartments as needed and perform move-ins/outs and renewals.
• Inspect property and coordinate maintenance and safety.
• Train staff on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
• Prepare routine notices and correspondence.
• Assist with resident relations and issue resolution.
• Operate in the manager’s absence and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
