Qualifications

• Experience in sales or retail environment preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer service-related environment preferred.
• At least one year of property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renting units in-person or via phone.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs.
• Resolve issues professionally and positively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the property.
