Minimum 1-3 years multi-family property management.

Responsibilities

Assist in leasing goals and promoting resident care and service.
Coordinate with leasing agents, maintenance staff and supervisors.
Handle on-site accounting functions and data entry in Yardi.
Support budget prep, rent collection, and vendor invoices.
