Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renting units in-person, via phone, and online; upsell insurance and moving supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and guiding customers through rental processes.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organize records; perform minor maintenance and property inspections.
