Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Floating Assistant Community Manager to support multiple residential communities. You will assist on-site managers, handle resident inquiries, organize events, and help with leasing, marketing, and financial tasks.

The role requires 1–3 years in property management, strong customer service, and excellent organizational skills. This position includes comprehensive benefits and the ability to adapt to different properties and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, Hospitality or related field.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience that demonstrates property management, sales, marketing and customer service background.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to different property environments and work independently.
• Licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee property maintenance, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents or tenants, addressing inquiries and facilitating positive interactions.
• Organize and coordinate community events to foster a sense of community and resident engagement.
• Assist in the leasing process, including tours, applications, and lease documentation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available units and amenities.
• Support rental collection, budget tracking, and expense management.
• Prepare reports and documentation as needed.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
