Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Floating Assistant Community Manager to support multiple residential communities in St. Petersburg, FL.

You will assist on-site Community Managers, handle resident inquiries, coordinate leasing tasks, and help ensure smooth operations across properties. This role requires 1–3 years of property management or related experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, Hospitality or related field.
• 1–3 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Oversee property maintenance, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and facilitating interactions.
• Organize community events to foster resident engagement.
• Assist in leasing process, property tours, applications, and lease documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote units and amenities.
• Support rent collection, budget tracking, and expense management.
• Handle administrative duties and prepare reports as needed.
• Conduct regular property inspections to meet standards and safety.
