Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and balance transactions accurately.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Greet customers, manage the lobby, and address needs promptly.
• Process customer accounts and routine maintenance per policy; escalate when needed.
• Complete branch operations (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires) and AML/KYC duties.
• Promote company brand and comply with risk controls.
