Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately balance and process customer transactions following Bank Policy.
• Resolve escalated account service issues and log complaints.
• Transition sales opportunities to appropriate banking partners.
• Participate in branch operations (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/KYC-related activities and comply with regulatory standards.
