Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months customer service experience.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with internet user-level technology.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to established customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience by understanding customer needs.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management, meet and greet customers, and address immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions following Bank Policy.
• Take ownership of escalated account services issues until resolution and log customer complaints in the system.
• Transition sales opportunities and introduce appropriate banking partners.
• Complete branch-related operational activities (e.g., cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately and perform AML/KYC related activities.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls and support the Bank's culture and brand.
• Maintain internal controls and address audit findings and regulator concerns.
