Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and a differentiated branch experience.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers, addressing needs.
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions per bank policy.
• Log and resolve customer complaints; escalate when necessary.
• Introduce customers to banking partners for eligible opportunities.
• Perform branch operational tasks (cash, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Handle consumer AML/KYC-related activities and maintain compliance.
