Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service and responsiveness within authority.
• Maintain service standards and identify customer servicing issues for resolution.
• Respond to customer requests, problems, and complaints and escalate as needed.
• Cross-sell bank products and services when appropriate.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash, checks, and card advances.
• Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to internal controls and audit procedures.
• Follow BSA procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Answer account inquiries by phone and in person.
• Maintain security by following bank policies and safeguarding assets.
• Adapt to changing duties and cooperate with branch team.
