Job summary

TruNorth Bank in Auburn, MA is seeking a full-time Retail Employee to join our branch team. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, handling teller duties, and supporting branch operations with accuracy and integrity.

You will supervise teller line operations, assist with accounts, and respond to customer requests while promoting bank products and services. The position requires flexibility on scheduling and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required; Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships.
• Ability to handle cash, balance cash drawer, and comply with bank procedures.
• Willingness to work some Saturdays and extend hours as needed; capable of lifting 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Teller Line and maintain cash supply; ensure Teller accuracy.
• Open/close vault daily; manage currency shipments per policy.
• Open accounts and update customer information; process requests.
• Provide Notary & Medallion Signature Guarantee services.
• Ensure compliance with banking laws and security policies.
• Assist with branch operations and customer service issues; escalate as needed.
