Saint Joseph Medical Center - Joliet is seeking an Internal Registry RN for a 12-week PRN assignment in Joliet, IL. The Float Pool RN will provide direct patient care across multiple units, maintain nursing competencies, and educate patients and families while coordinating with physicians.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS, ACLS, and appropriate certifications; floating to ER/OR and other departments may apply. Nights and days shifts are available with competitive hourly pay.

Formación

• State RN license required and current.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certificates (as applicable) current on hire or within stated timelines.
• NRP and/or AWHONN fetal monitoring knowledge preferred for floating to Women’s Services.
• TNCC within 12 months for ED floating.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe patient care using nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Float to two or more units and maintain competency in assigned areas.
• Provide patient/family teaching and supervise nursing staff as assigned.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physician and care team.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
