Job summary

Adventist HealthCare's White Oak Medical Center seeks an experienced Patient Care Technician for our Float Pool/TeleSitter. Under RN supervision, you will perform vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and support care plans across units.

Required Maryland CNA license, BLS, high school diploma, and strong English skills. The position is full-time (36 hrs/week), day shifts with every-other-weekend rotation, in Montgomery County, MD.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Maryland CNA license required.
• BLS certification required.
• English language proficiency required.
• Physical ability to lift, bend and turn.

Responsibilities

• Perform vital signs and activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Follow care plan as established and delegated by RN.
• Maintain safety and report equipment issues.
• Assist in education and professional initiatives within the department.
• Provide a positive and professional image of nursing and the organization.
