Job summary

Shady Grove Medical Center, part of Adventist HealthCare, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Float Pool II. You will perform vital signs and activities of daily living under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and support multiple departments as needed.

The role requires Maryland CNA license, BLS, and hospital experience. We offer full-time hours, competitive pay of $26 per hour, and a supportive, faith-based workplace with strong safety and patient-centered care values.

Qualifications

• Maryland CNA license required.
• Active BLS certification required.
• One year of hospital experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and basic arithmetic.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform vital signs and activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Follow care plans and report to RN.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of work area.
• Participate in education programs and team meetings.
