Job summary

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics invites applications for its Float Pool Patient Care Technicians (PCTs). This role supports nursing teams by providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, across multiple units including Medical, Surgical, Orthopedics, Telemetry, and Critical Care.

Candidates should have NA-C certification, High School diploma, and CNA training; MA-R licensure is required or sponsorable.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Completion of CNA Training Program or equivalent nursing training.
• 1+ year hospital CNA experience preferred.
• MA-R licensure required or sponsored by facility.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Experience in healthcare setting with patient contact preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist multiple departments to deliver care and positive patient experience.
• Support float pool in Medical, Surgical, Orthopedics, Telemetry and Critical Care units.
