Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care tasks under the direct supervision of an RN.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness; reports hazards and completes safety events as needed.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families and health care team.
• Performs supply, equipment, and environmental-related activities; ensures materials are available for the next shift.
• Demonstrates accountability and commits to self-growth and unit changes.
