Job summary

One Medical is expanding its care team in New York, seeking a Float Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist to deliver venipuncture and clinical admin support. You will enhance the patient experience by managing intake, scheduling, and communications while supporting our providers and front-desk operations across several offices.

The role requires at least 6 months of relevant clinical experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with multiple software tools.

Qualifications

• Experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and lab support across multiple offices.
• Manage patient check-in/out and front-desk duties with professionalism.
• Support billing inquiries and documentation in EMR and lab forms.
• Maintain office space, supplies, and equipment cleanliness.
