Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Float Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist to support multiple offices in the Denver metro area, focusing on senior members. You will perform venipuncture and clinical support while ensuring a welcoming, brand-consistent lobby experience.

You’ll be the first point of contact, handling front desk duties and coordinating care with providers. Must have MA certification or CPT credential, with experience in phlebotomy and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Active MA certification or CPT credential within last 6 months.
• Completion from MA program accredited by recognized bodies.
• 6+ months MA or phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support across aged populations.
• Manage front desk tasks: check-in/out, scheduling, and messaging.
• Assist with vitals, vaccines, EKGs/ECGs, and lab processing.
• Maintain accurate records, labeling, inventory, and sterile technique.
• Engage with teammates to deliver patient-centered care.
