One Medical is seeking a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant (Flex Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist) to provide venipuncture and clinical support across multiple offices. You’ll ensure a positive patient experience, manage front desk duties, and collaborate with the care team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and tech proficiency, with an emphasis on empathy and service.

Qualifications

• Direct phlebotomy experience performing venipuncture and capillary collections.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to build relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer technology and multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver venipuncture and clinical support across offices.
• Handle front desk tasks including check-in/check-out and insurance verification.
• Assist with clerical duties and lab coordination for providers and the care team.
• Maintain sample labeling, handling, and inventory; ensure facility looks on-brand.
