Job summary

One Medical seeks a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to provide venipuncture and clinical support across offices. You will be the patient-facing ambassador, ensuring a smooth care journey, managing frontline duties and assisting the clinical team with clerical tasks.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of direct phlebotomy experience, strong customer service, and comfort with medical software. Full-time, 40 hours/week, based in the Flatiron office with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Direct phlebotomy experience performing venipuncture and capillary collections outside of training/externship space.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to build relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and basic computer tasks (typing, internet navigation).
• Experience working with diverse teams and providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Use C-I-CARE framework in all patient interactions to ensure a positive in-office experience.
• Provide venipuncture services for a broad patient population.
• Assist with extended scope duties like non-blood specimen collection, EKGs/ECGs, and taking vitals.
• Maintain proper specimen labeling, handling, processing, inventory, and sterilization.
