Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to deliver venipuncture and clinical support for seniors in Aurora, CO. You will handle patient intake, scheduling, and care coordination, ensuring a compassionate, efficient office experience.

You’ll perform blood draws, assist with extended duties, and support providers and the virtual medical team. Strong communication and empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• Active or recently active Medical Assistant certification.
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician credential preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• 6 months of MA or phlebotomist experience outside training/externship.
• Ability to collect venipuncture and support lab operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver venipuncture and basic clinical support to a Senior Health population.
• Triage front desk tasks: check-in, scheduling, insurance verification.
• Answer patient messages and assist providers with clerical duties.
• Maintain proper specimen labeling, handling and processing.
• Liaise with multi-office teams across the MSA.
• Master the technology suite to complete daily tasks.
