Job summary

Firefighters Community Credit Union of Cleveland, OH is seeking a Financial Service Representative (Float) to join our team. The role involves floating between six branches and our Member Contact Center, assisting members with higher-end banking needs and guiding them through the loan process.

A strong focus on customer service and cross-selling financial products is essential. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with full-time schedule and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• Two years or more of similar or related experience.
• Proficiency with technology including computers, tablets, and general office equipment.
• Cash handling abilities.
• Fantastic customer service skills.
• Dependable transportation to all our branches (Willoughby, St. Clair Avenue, Emerald Parkway, Parma, N. Ridgeville, and Wellington).
• Previous sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float between all six branches and our Member Contact Center on an as needed basis.
• Assist members with higher end financial needs and guide them through the loan process.
• Educate members on products and services offered and cross-sell financial products.
