Job summary

TruMark Credit Union in Wayne, PA is seeking a Member Service Representative - Floating for full-time, on-site work. You’ll support members at multiple branches, promote solutions, and handle teller responsibilities while also learning digital tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of branch or financial institution experience.
• Strong communication and banking product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members: Provide extraordinary service while identifying their financial needs.
• Promote solutions: Educate members on TruMark's products, services, and programs.
• Handle loan processes: Complete loan applications and process requests (excluding Home Equity and Mortgage).
• Leverage technology: Demonstrate mobile and digital banking tools to enhance member experiences.
• Support the branch: Perform teller functions and assist as a supervisor when needed.
