Job summary

Service 1st Federal Credit Union in Pennsylvania seeks a part-time Member Service Representative to help members meet routine financial goals and deliver outstanding service. This Float Position covers Montandon, Mifflinburg and Lewisburg branch locations, 25 hours per week, Monday through Saturday availability.

You will receive and process member transactions, cross-sell deposits and loans, research and resolve questions, and perform daily, weekly and monthly tasks.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in customer service, cash handling, sales, banking or financial services.
• High school education or GED is required.
• Interpersonal skills and basic computer/math abilities are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes member transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
• Cross-sells deposits, loans and convenience services to members.
• Researches and resolves member account questions and concerns.
• Performs routine daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
• Follows policies and performs other duties as assigned.
