One Medical is seeking a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant in New York, NY. You will perform venipuncture and clinical support across multiple offices, while handling front desk tasks and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of training/externship
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer technology (typing, internet, multiple software systems)
• Experience collaborating with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to stay confident and patient during specimen collection
• Proven adaptability and quick learning in changing situations

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support across office locations
• Manage front desk tasks: check-in/out, scheduling, and insurance verification
• Support lab operations, including specimen labeling, handling, and processing
• Assist providers and virtual medical team with clerical duties and chart review
• Respond to patient messages and perform follow-up on lab cases
• Maintain office look and feel, restock supplies, and ensure brand standards
• Master our tech suite (Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, EMR, RingCentral)
