Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to support offices with venipuncture and clinical assistance, focusing on the Senior Health population. You will be the first point of contact, manage schedules, and help with front-desk duties while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications include Medical Assistant or CPT credentials and at least 6 months MA/Phlebotomy experience. The role offers full-time hours, benefits, and a dynamic, patient-centered environment

Qualifications

Medical Assistant certification (active or recently active)
Phlebotomy Technician credential active within last 6 months
Medical Assistant program accreditation or military medical training accepted
6 months MA/Phlebotomist experience outside training/externship

Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture and basic clinical support for seniors (65+)
Greet and assist patients; manage front desk tasks and scheduling
Support with extended duties (ECGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines) and charting
Handle lab processing, specimen labeling and inventory maintenance
Respond to patient messages and assist providers with clerical tasks
