One Medical in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Float Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist to perform venipuncture and clinical support across offices. You’ll be the first point of contact, helping patients navigate their care journey and ensuring a welcoming, brand-aligned lobby experience.

This full-time role blends front desk duties with lab work, requiring empathy, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6+ months relevant experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
• Strong customer service and ability to build relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with multiple software systems
• Experience working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Deliver venipuncture and clinical support across offices
• Manage patient intake and scheduling with billing knowledge
• Handle front desk duties, check in/out, insurance verification
• Perform extended scope duties like EKGs, vitals
• Maintain specimen labeling, handling, inventory, sterilization
• Answer messages and assist providers with clerical duties
• Open/close duties and maintain office look and supplies
• Master our tech stack to interact with team
