One Medical is seeking a Float Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant (One Medical Flex Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist) to provide exceptional phlebotomy and clinical support across multiple offices in our market. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, handle front desk tasks, and assist providers and our virtual medical team.

Training will expand to full scope of clinical support, including EKGs, injections, and other duties as needed, while you contribute to patient care

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of autonomous phlebotomy experience.
• Certified Phlebotomy License preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide venipuncture services for a wide age range.
• Manage patient intake, scheduling and billing inquiries.
• Maintain specimen labeling, handling and inventory.
• Support front desk tasks and team coordination.
