Job summary

Nisga'a Tek is seeking an Operations Assistant - Flight Scheduler to support PACAF Aviation Squadron Administrative Support for the US Air Force. You will build long- and short-range flight schedules, de-conflict crewmember rosters, publish schedules, and maintain data in government systems to ensure mission readiness and AFI compliance.

Required: 1–2 years related experience, US citizenship, ability to travel, and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scheduling software and systems.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Build long- and short-range flight schedules to ensure full coverage of aircrew, instructor, evaluator, and support personnel.
• De-conflict crewmember schedules and coordinate with flight leadership to meet sortie taskings.
• Publish/post scheduling data for unit training events in government systems and ensure data accuracy.
