Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC in Honolulu, HI, seeks an Operations Assistant - Flight Scheduler (19 FS) to support PACAF Aviation Squadron Administrative Support for the US Air Force.

You will build long-range and daily flight schedules, coordinate with senior leadership, and ensure full aircrew coverage while maintaining compliance with AFIs and squadron priorities. The role requires scheduling software proficiency and strong communication in a high-tempo environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to think critically and make quick decisions.
• Must have a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build long- and short-range flight schedules ensuring full aircrew coverage.
• Support flying operations by publishing daily and long-range schedules.
• De-conflict crewmember plans and coordinate with flight leadership.
• Publish scheduling data on PEX/GTIMS, GDSS II, and other systems.
• Maintain accurate data in government-mandated systems.
• Track training requirements and assist leadership with reporting and metrics.
