Qualifications

• Aviation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pilot records and verify compliance with FARs.
• Develop pilot recordkeeping policies per federal guidelines.
• Enter data for check rides, training and new hire pilots.
• Maintain/modify pilot database to meet training needs.
• Assure timely tracking and notification for medical certificates.
• Create new hire files and verify paperwork for accuracy.
• Create database reports for RAD, RAM, and Area Manager.
• Perform monthly audit of 25% of pilots’ records.
• Maintain Daily Flight Log/Load Manifest sheets.
• Track and file pilots’ monthly duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
