Job summary

The role involves data entry, document indexing, and end-of-month reporting to support airworthiness and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has a GED and, preferably, an AA in aviation, with no mandatory prior experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to type.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Associate's degree in aviation field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and verify maintenance records per 14 CFR 121.380 and MTLM.
• Audit and index maintenance documents in the electronic filing system.
• Prepare end of month aircraft flight hours and cycles reports.
• Run open/close reports to ensure visit packages are closed.
• Support quality records as central repository for aircraft certs.
