Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam is hiring a Flight Paramedic in the United States. You will join a professional team delivering pre-hospital and inter-facility ALS care, with duties including completing records, performing base checks, and supporting flight operations.

The role requires active EMT-P licensure, multiple certifications, and a commitment to safety and high-quality patient care. Minimum three years in a911 or critical care setting is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a911 or critical care setting.
• Current EMT-P license in states served; BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required.
• FP-C required within 24 months of hire; instructor certifications preferred.
• NREMT-P certification may be required in assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit electronic patient care records for each flight within required time.
• Perform base checks including narcotics count daily.
• Provide ALS care from initial contact to facility handoff with thorough documentation.
• Maintain competency through ongoing training and licensure documentation.
• Assist in pre-mission liftoff and provide pilot support as needed.
• Ensure safety standards for crew, patients, and equipment prior to liftoff.
• Attend pre-mission and mission debriefings and complete necessary forms.
• FIll open shifts as directed by Regional Director.
