Job summary

Engine is seeking a skilled professional to support flight operations and airline booking teams. You will troubleshoot complex bookings using Amadeus GDS and NDC, and ensure compliance with airline policies on schedule changes and IROPS.

You will collaborate across teams to deliver training, document solutions, and drive improvements in 24/7 operations, including potential overnight shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting flight operations or airline booking teams.
• Expertise in Amadeus GDS and NDC reservations systems.
• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing rules and IROPS.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support and handle escalations from Member Support related to flight operations, ticketing complexities, and booking issues.
• Troubleshoot errors using Amadeus GDS and NDC reservations to assist with complex bookings.
• Maintain understanding of airline policies on schedule changes and Irregular Operations (IROPS).
• Collaborate with internal teams and airline partners to develop training for BPO staff.
• Document resolutions and best practices to build a knowledge base.
• Analyze escalation trends to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Serve as a liaison between BPO teams and stakeholders to improve service quality.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize flight support operations.
