Job summary

FlyConnect is seeking an experienced Travel Reservations & Ticketing Agent for a 100% remote role. You will handle flight searches, reservations and ticketing, including amendments and refunds, using Amadeus or Travelport GDS.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in travel, strong English skills, and a customer-focused approach to resolve issues quickly in a remote, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry.
• Good working knowledge of Amadeus and/or Travelport GDS.
• Strong understanding of the flight booking process from search to ticket issuance.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

FlyConnect is looking for an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Travel Reservations & Ticketing Agent to join our growing team. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of airline reservations, ticketing procedures and Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

Location:

Remote – Work From Home

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry, preferably in airline reservations and ticketing.
• Good working knowledge of Amadeus and/or Travelport GDS.
• Strong understanding of the complete flight booking process, from fare searches and reservations to ticket issuance.
• Experience handling PNRs, ticket changes, cancellations, reissues, refunds and schedule changes.
• Ability to resolve airline reservation, ticketing and customer booking issues efficiently.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage workloads and meet deadlines in a remote working environment.
