Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the corporate travel management industry.
• Relevant supervising experience.
• Advanced skills on GDS Sabre.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of a travel consultant team, including KPI management, workload distribution, assistance, and coaching.
• Primary point of contact for team members, actively coaching and developing the team to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Provide leadership to a team of travel consultants.
• Collaborate with performance data to maximize the effectiveness of the team.
• Develop learning programs to close short- and long-term competency gaps.
• Provide the client with required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
• Maintain knowledge of necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
