Job summary

Internova Travel Group is seeking a Manager, GDS Automation & Support to lead a remote team responsible for GDS configuration, scripting, and automation across Sabre, Amadeus, and other platforms. You will drive agent productivity, ensure seamless workflows, and partner with Operations and Travel Technology to deliver exceptional travel fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience supporting GDS environments in a TMC or corporate travel org.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising technical/support teams.
• Hands-on GDS scripting and automation experience; PCC/OID administration.
• Experience with agent profiles, sign-in credentials, and security controls.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for GDS administration and automation support.
• Manage PCCs, OIDs, branch structures, and office profiles.
• Configure agent work environments, user profiles, access permissions, and security controls.
• Maintain GDS settings to support reservations, ticketing, and traveler servicing.
• Develop and optimize GDS scripts and automation tools.
• Analyze workflows to increase automation and efficiency.
• Administer GDS queues and workflows; monitor performance and routing.
