Hopper is seeking a Travel Operations Specialist to own escalation management across air, hotel, fulfillment, and rapid response channels, ensuring trusted customer outcomes. You will collaborate with airlines, hotels, and HTS partners, handling complex bookings and advising teams on best-path resolutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in travel ops or airline roles, strong Sabre skills, and excellent English communication; familiarity with Amadeus and Travelport is a plus.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in a customer-facing or back-of-house airline/travel agency role.
• Proficiency with Sabre as primary GDS; knowledge of Amadeus and Travelport.
• Solid understanding of fares, airline contracts, ticketing rules, and NDC/portal-based products.

Responsabilidades

• Document and manage internal escalations; draft SOPs to prevent disruptions.
• Monitor multiple queues and adjust priorities in real time.
• Interpret advisories and coordinate workflows for schedule changes.
