Responsibilities

• Serve as overnight point of contact for clients across phone, email, chat, and text.
• Communicate trip details and updates to clients and operators.
• Monitor upcoming and active flights during the overnight shift.
• Handle delays, cancellations, and rebooking with minimal disruption.
• Document communications and update internal systems.
• Prepare clear shift handoff notes for the next team.
