FlyConnect is seeking an experienced Travel Reservations & Ticketing Agent for a 100% remote role. You will handle flight searches, reservations and ticketing, including amendments and refunds, using Amadeus or Travelport GDS.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in travel, strong English skills, and a customer-focused approach to resolve issues quickly in a remote, deadline-driven environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry.
• Good working knowledge of Amadeus and/or Travelport GDS.
• Strong understanding of the flight booking process from search to ticket issuance.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage flight searches, reservations and ticket issuance.
• Handle amendments, cancellations, refunds and ticket reissues.
• Resolve GDS errors and ticketing issues.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries with timely solutions.
• Liaise with airlines and support teams to resolve complex reservations.
