Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking an Operations Assistant – Flight Scheduler to support the PACAF Aviation Squadron Administrative Support for the US Air Force.

The role builds and maintains flight schedules, de-conflicts crewmember availability, and coordinates with internal and external agencies to ensure mission readiness. Responsibilities include updating scheduling data, tracking aircrew currencies, and assisting leadership with reporting and metrics in a dynamic, high-tempo flying environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office tools.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-tempo environment and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build long- and short-range flight schedules ensuring full aircrew coverage.
• Publish and maintain daily/long-range schedules to maximize utilization.
• De-conflict crewmember schedules with flight leadership and external agencies.
• Coordinate with Airfield Ops, Weather, and other groups to adjust schedules quickly.
• Track training and currency data in government systems and publish updates.
