Job summary

Airshare is seeking a Flight Control Specialist to coordinate aircraft and crew schedules to fulfill Shareowner, Charter, and Sales trips from our Overland Park, KS headquarters. You will partner with the OCC and pilots to provide timely, compliant solutions under FAR Part 135 and 91K regulations.

The role requires strong communication, scheduling and analytical skills, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7/365 operation.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, scheduling and analytical skills.
• Schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7/365 operation.
• Strong communication, organization, and discretion are required.
• Demonstrate initiative with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Verify flights meet FAR Part 135/91K regulations for crew and trip.
• Build flight schedules and assign crew efficiently.
• Locate and track flight activity.
• Release flights and brief crews on activity.
• Schedule crew duties to support operations.
• Coordinate crew relocations and travel.
• Arrange permits, clearances, ground handling and customs as needed.
• Provide documentation to government agencies for domestic and international destinations.
• Collaborate with MX control and Owner Services for service recovery.
• Review FARs and scheduling policies in training.
