Zusammenfassung

Cirrus Aircraft is seeking a Scheduler/Dispatcher to create and maintain the flight operations schedule for training, corporate flights, and related events. You will coordinate with Flight Operations, Executive teams, and other departments to ensure timely preparation and execution of missions.

Ideal candidates will have aviation scheduling experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with scheduling software.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Aviation Management, Business Management, related field, or 3 years’ aircraft scheduling experience.
• 2–4 years’ experience in scheduling, dispatching, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and time-sensitive demands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Provide world-class customer service to internal and external customers by embodying Cirrus Service Essentials and Cirrus Guiding Principles.
• Plan, coordinate, build, and maintain an efficient, safe, and productive schedule for Cirrus departments.
• Coordinate with Flight Training Account Management, Flight Operations, and Delivery Experience to adjust schedules for customer or production changes.
• Coordinate aircraft movement with Fleet Administrators to meet maintenance and Cirrus needs.
• Receive, coordinate, and schedule corporate flight requests supporting Sales, Marketing and Executive teams.
• Ensure records for training events and flights comply with FAA/EASA and Cirrus policies.
• Maintain a safe, compliant schedule per FAA FARs and Cirrus procedures.
