Job summary

JSX is seeking a Mission Coordinator to join our Flight Operations team in Dallas. You will manage flight planning, tracking, regulatory compliance, and crew support to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time operations.

You will interact with Pilots, Maintenance, Scheduling, Guest Services, and Sales to maintain situational awareness and drive operational excellence. Weekend, night, and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• FAA Dispatch License required or pursuit in progress.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail essential.
• Ability to interpret NOTAMs and weather reports.
• Experience with ARINC Direct and RAIDO (N-OC) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create FAA flight plans and track flights for real-time updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor weather, NOTAMs, and TFRs; communicate risks to Scheduling/Guest Services.
• Ensure crew and flight legality per FAA regulations and company policies.
• Assist in Safety & Analysis by reviewing meteorological data and NOTAMs/TFRs.
• Oversee flight from departure to arrival; coordinate crew support and operations.
