The candidate will manage documentation, liaise with controls and maintenance teams, and resolve operational issues while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Aviation Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in aviation operations, dispatch, or similar coordination role.
• Knowledge of flight operations procedures and aviation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flight schedules, aircraft assignments, and crew logistics.
• Monitor flight progress, track aircraft movements, and communicate updates.
• Manage flight plans, manifests, and regulatory paperwork.
• Liaise with air traffic control, ground handling, and maintenance teams.
• Assist in handling disruptions and prepare daily operational reports.
