Job summary

JSX is seeking a Duty Manager - E to lead airport operations with strong emphasis on safety, regulatory compliance, and customer service. You will supervise Supervisors and Concierges, ensure budget adherence, and drive continuous improvement across stations.

Candidates should have high school education, several years in airport ops, and supervisory experience, with leadership aptitude and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to Supervisors and create an environment for objectives.
• Support the General Manager in meeting operational targets and budgets.
• Confer with the Manager on policies to implement.
• Audit station orders for budget compliance and necessity.
• Maintain station compliance with policies, safety rules and regulations.
• Participate in conferences, audits and report preparation.
• Review procedures to improve efficiency in operations.
• Coordinate with airport management, regulators, and staff.
• Approve/deny concierge and supervisor expense reports and credit card usage.
• Ensure adequate crew coverage to support customer experience.
• Identify improvements and remediate issues promptly.
• Assess station operations and advise on budgets during growth.
