Job summary

Foxtrot Aviation Services in Dallas/Fort Worth is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee aircraft cleaning service schedules at DFW. You will dispatch crews, monitor flights, communicate with airlines and customers, and ensure compliance with safety and airport regulations.

The role requires overnight shift availability, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft maintenance coordination or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in task management and reporting systems.
• Excellent communication skills for team coordination and client interaction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced overnight shift environment.
• Must pass a 10-year background check and airport badging.
• Must pass a drug test (incl. marijuana).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch cleaning crews based on airline schedules and service requirements.
• Monitor real-time flight schedules and adjust crew assignments as needed.
• Communicate with airlines, ground operations, and internal teams to ensure timely cleaning services.
• Ensure that extra services or special requirements are accounted for and adjust tasks accordingly.
• Maintain records of job assignments, hours, and service reports.
• Handle urgent requests and service changes with minimal disruption.
• Coordinate with supervisors to allocate cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Track delays or issues and report to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and airline regulations during dispatch operations.
• Train new dispatchers or crew members as needed.
• Conduct a final check to ensure tasks align with the RON list and Closeout 2.0.
